School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week
When: Term 3, Week 6
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.
Representative Sport
When: Throughout the year
Students have the opportunity to represent our school, zone and region in swimming, cross country and athletics.
Life Education
When: Term 2
All students from Kindergarten to Year 6 participate in Life Education lessons to promote students' physical, social and emotional health and wellbeing.
Junior AEGG
When: Throughout the year
The Junior Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (JAECG) is a committee for students in Years 3 to 6, that serves as a voice for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a school community. It helps students develop leadership and public speaking skills and ensures that Aboriginal culture and perspectives are represented in their school's environment and curriculum.
CPR Help
When: Term 3
All students from Kindergarten to Year 6 participate in annual CPR Help training so that they are equipped with essential life skills to help in the event of an emergency.
Harmony Week
When: Term 1
A week that promotes inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone in Australia, encouraging students to celebrate their heritage through events and by wearing orange, the official color.
Craft Club
When: Lunch
Our lunch time craft club is lots of fun with Carleigh and Marilyn from Warragamba Silverdale Neighbourhood Centre Inc!!!
This program is another example of how Mulgoa makes connections with resources around our school to benefit students.
Visitor Assemblies
When: Twice per term
A wide variety of student achievements are celebrated with our community. These could include academic, sporting, extra curricula and representative opportunities.
School Swimming and Water Safety Program
When: Term 4
A multi-faceted intensive program focused on developing water safety skills and knowledge for K-6 students. Opportunities within the program include ‘Learn to Swim’ and ‘Water Safety Awareness’.
P&C meeting
When: First Tuesday of the month
Time: 7pm
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month, during school terms, in the big staffroom. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
